Dilbirin Kachar, a member of the separatist terrorist organization PKK / YPG, nicknamed "Rojda", who was found to have committed many crimes, was detained as a result of an operation carried out by the National Intelligence Organization (NIO) in Syria and brought to Turkiye. According to security sources, Kachar, who joined the terrorist organization in Siirt in 2015, was sent to Syria in 2016 after operating in the Judi and Qabar regions for about a year.
Kachar, who was trained as an assassin in the Sinjar region of Iraq, took part in various bloody events on behalf of the organization during the "Olive Branch" operations in January 2018 and the "Fountain of Peace" in October 2019.
