Russian troops have left the village of Blagodatnoye, 30 kilometers from the Ukrainian city of Kherson.
The statement came from Alexei Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, SIA reports.
"Russian troops have left Blagodatnoye and the village is very close to Kherson. But this is not a panic run, but a maneuver. They strengthened the right-wing military group in the direction of Kherson," Arestovich stated.
