The US President Joe Biden wants to strengthen control over arms trafficking.
SIA reports quoting APA that Biden proposed to increase the age of purchase of weapons from 18 to 21.
It was also proposed to change the rules of detention and take it from a citizen if it is considered dangerous.
"In the last two decades, more school-age children have died as a result of gunfire from police and the military," he stated.
"Think! For God's sake, how long will we endure such a massacre ?! How many more innocent Americans will die ?! "That's enough," Biden said in his speech.
