The governments of Ukraine and Poland have signed a memorandum on the establishment of a joint venture for the production of military equipment.
The statement came from Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmigal during a briefing on the results of intergovernmental consultations with Poland, SIA reports.
"This will take our defense and military cooperation to a new level and allow the creation of modern defense weapons," Shmigal said.
Ukraine and Poland also agreed to strengthen cross-border cooperation.
