Kuleba: Ukraine disappointed in Hungary's veto on sanctions

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday that his country is "disappointed" that the European Union is yet to impose the sixth sanctions package against Russia because Hungary is "de facto" vetoing the move and letting the sanctions keep "hanging in the air, SİA reports citing Tele Trader.

Kuleba also stressed Kyiv needs more weapons from its partners, stressing that the focus should be on acquiring multiple-launch rocket systems as that is where the biggest "disbalance" between the Ukrainian and Russian forces lies. He noted Ukraine is working with different countries on receiving those weapons.

The Ukrainian official also slammed Russia for blaming the global food shortage on the sanctions against Moscow.
