Russia, in response to the sanctions restrictions of opponents, intends to focus its efforts on moving away from the dollar, import substitution and strengthening technological independence, said Sergey Lavrov, The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, SİA reports citing Ria Novosti.
“We will focus our efforts on de-dollarization, de-offshorization, import substitution, strengthening technological independence. We will continue adapting to external challenges, intensifying development programs for promising and competitive industries,” Lavrov said.
