The war in Ukraine has entered a new phase, said US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, SİA informs, citing Ukrinform.
"The parties must defend Ukraine. We believe that Ukraine will win," he stressed.
According to the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, the main purpose of the meeting is to coordinate military assistance to Kyiv.
