"As a result of Russia's military intervention in Ukraine, 202 children died and 361 were wounded by bullets and shrapnel."
The information was provided by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, SIA reports.
As a result of the war, 563 children received various injuries.
The children were mostly injured in Donetsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernigov, Nikolaev, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporozhye regions, Kyiv, Sumy and Zhytomyr. According to the prosecutor's office, these figures are not the last, but information on children in the occupied and liberated territories of Ukraine continues to be collected.
