Russia lifted restrictions on imports from Turkey

Russia's Federal Service for Consumer Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) has lifted restrictions on the supply of pepper, pomegranate, grapes, grapefruit and oranges from Turkey. According to SIA, the federal service reported this.

The decision to remove the restrictions was based on the results of inspections conducted at fruit and vegetable production and export centers, and Rospotrebnadzor specialists took product samples for laboratory tests. According to the results of the analysis of samples, no more than the maximum allowable level of harmful substances was found, the statement said.
