Representatives of the Special Airborne Service (SAS) of Great Britain trained the Ukrainian military in Kyiv and its suburbs, SİA reports citing the Times.
The newspapers cite Ukrainian battalion captain Yuriy Mironenko as saying that about two weeks ago, British soldiers from the SAS in Kyiv were training in the use of the NLAW anti-tank missile system, which the United Kingdom is supplying to Ukraine.
Another source told the publication about the participation of the British last week in the preparation of the 112th Battalion of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Both sources of The Times claim that we are talking about active British military personnel, and not about volunteers from the UK.
