Russia sent a note to all countries, including the United States, on arms supplies to Ukraine, said Maria Zakharova, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, SİA reports citing Ria Novosti.
Zakharova said that the government had issued notes to a number of countries, in commenting on The Washington Post's publication of a similar note by Moscow. When asked by journalists which countries the note was sent to, the department representative answered "everyone".
