Britain freezes assets of Russian oligarchs

The British government has announced that it has frozen the assets of two Russian oligarchs.

According to SIA, the statement was made by the British Foreign Office. According to the report, the British government froze the assets of Eugene Tenenbaum and Davidovich worth 10 billion pounds.

According to the ministry, the number of Russian oligarchs, family members and partners who have been sanctioned since February by the decision to impose sanctions on Tenenbaum and Davidovich has reached 106.

"The decision to impose sanctions will prevent the return of these assets to Russia and their use to finance Putin's war machine," the statement said.
