He noted that the EU countries are in a hopeless situation.
According to Rosa, if they continue to buy oil and gas, they will be accused of not supporting Ukraine enough.
"Europe, of course, is aware of the consequences for it," the Avance article said.
At the same time, America itself is selfishly "concluding energy deals with Russia" behind the scenes. But European countries cannot do that.
... And Washington will continue to put pressure on EU countries to strike a "tougher" blow at Russia.
According to Rosa, the European Union will feel the pain of all this later.
