European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen has submitted a questionnaire to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the completion of which could bring Ukraine closer to joining the European Union.
According to SIA, the document will allow the European Commission to recommend to the EU Council to begin discussions on Ukraine's accession to the European Union.
The document will be a recommendation to the European Union. The head of the European Commission promised to help fill out the questionnaire:
