Azerbaijan is committed to supporting efforts to build a climate-resilient urban future and strengthening dialogue and cooperation, Mukhtar Babayev, the Presidential Representative for Climate Issues, said at an event within the framework of WUF13.
Report quotes him as saying early warning systems save human lives. He also emphasized that no country can adapt to climate change alone.
"No city can adapt alone. Partnerships, science, technology, and international cooperation will play a decisive role in shaping a climate-resilient urban future," he said.
