Iran's new supreme leader “cannot show his face in public,” Netanyahu says

Iran’s new supreme leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, “cannot show his face in public,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday, hours after Tehran released what was purportedly his first public statement, SİA reports citing CNN.

“We have killed the previous supreme leader and the new supreme leader Mojtaba who is the puppet of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), cannot show his face in public,” Netanyahu told a press briefing Thursday.
