Trump says Iran wants deal more than him but won't commit to stop building nuclear weapons
President Donald Trump said today that Iran wants to make a deal to avoid a US military strike more than he does, but so far has been unwilling to say explicitly it won’t build nuclear weapons, SİA reports citing CNN.
The comment came at a lunch with anchors and correspondents before the State of the Union, much of which was off the record. Trump also predicted that the US is going to have the best three years economically in the nation’s history.
In his address tonight, Trump is expected to focus on the economy. Among other things, he will advocate for new tax cuts for both corporations and individuals and formally announce agreements with major AI and tech companies so they will take on more of the electricity costs from their data centers, officials said.
