Trump issues new statement on Russian attacks targeting Poland

Russian leader Vladimir Putin must not approach Poland in the context of his drone and missile attacks, U.S. President Donald Trump said in a new statement, SİA reports citing RBC-Ukraine.

When asked how he would respond to Putin after Russian drones struck Polish territory, Trump noted that sanctions could potentially be applied. “I'm not going to defend anybody. They (drones - ed.) were actually knocked down. But he shouldn't be close to Poland anyway,” Trump said in a brief response.
