Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Angela Rayner, has stepped down from her post, SİA reports, citing foreign media.
According to the foreign sources, Rayner was at the center of a corruption probe after it emerged that she purchased a property worth £800,000 using £160,000 from a fund established for the care of her disabled son.
Rayner announced her resignation after admitting that she had underpaid property taxes on the new home.
