Coalition members signal readiness to arm Ukraine with long-range missiles
Members of the so-called “coalition of the willing” have expressed readiness to provide Ukraine with long-range missiles, SİA reports.
This was stated in an announcement from the office of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer following his participation in a virtual meeting.
The communiqué noted that the Prime Minister welcomed statements by partners in the “coalition of the willing” about equipping Ukraine with long-range missiles to further strengthen its defense capabilities.
He also expressed gratitude to military planners and chiefs of staff for their operational work to ensure the possibility of force deployment during a ceasefire.
On September 4, a meeting of the “coalition of the willing” was held in Paris, where, among other issues, discussions were planned on providing security guarantees for Ukraine.
While the exact number of participants remains unclear, French President Emmanuel Macron had earlier stated that the coalition already includes 30 countries
