UN: Over 320 children killed in renewed Gaza strikes

More than 320 Palestinian children have died since Israel resumed military operations in the Gaza Strip.

According to SİA, Qatari broadcaster Al Jazeera, citing data from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), said that at least 322 children have been killed since Israel restarted its attacks on Gaza on March 18.

The Israeli army resumed hostilities in Gaza on March 18, launching massive strikes and effectively ending the ceasefire that had been in place since January. The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu justified the operation by citing Hamas's rejection of proposals made during negotiations mediated by special envoy Steven Witkoff and other intermediaries. Israel stated that the goal of the operation is to secure the release of all hostages.
