Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov has begun his working visit to Russia.
The Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, who is visiting Moscow at the invitation of Russia's Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, will participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) today.
Ali Asadov's working visit began with him laying a wreath at the bas-relief of National Leader Heydar Aliyev at Azerbaijan's Embassy in Russia.
Later, the Prime Minister visited the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where the CIS Council of Heads of Government meeting will take place. Delegations from CIS countries toured the university campus and visited the Quantum Park. Engineering projects by students from CIS countries were presented to the heads of government.
At 12:30 Baku time, the CIS Council of Heads of Government meeting will be held in the university's congress hall.
