Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov within the framework of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, SİA reports citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
According to the Ministry, the parties discussed the political, economic, transport, cultural, humanitarian and other aspects of alliance relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan based on brotherhood, friendship and solidarity.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed his Uzbek counterpart about preparations for COP29, as well as the post-conflict situation in the region.
