Turkish Foreign Minister Discusses Regional Tensions with U.S. Secretary of State
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a phone conversation recently.
According to Öncü Keçeli, the advisor to Turkey's Foreign Ministry, the call was initiated by the U.S. side and focused on the negotiation process between Israel and Hamas, as well as the current situation in the region, SIA reports.
Minister Fidan expressed concerns about the escalating tensions in the area and emphasized the urgent need for a sustainable ceasefire in the Israel-Palestine conflict.
