Armenia's constitution needs to be changed - PM Pashinyan

The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said that there is a need to change the constitution of his country, SİA reports citing Sputnik-Armenia.

According to the report, he stated these in his congratulatory letter addressed to the Armenian people on the occasion of the Constitution Day.
