Achieving a stable and comprehensive peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority for the OSCE, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of Malta, Ian Borg, told a briefing in Yerevan, SİA informs citing the Armenian press.
“Dialogue and diplomacy is the only way. We are convinced that a constructive dialogue is necessary to achieve a comprehensive settlement. Progress on borders is certainly a significant step in this direction. Tomorrow in Baku, I will call on my Azerbaijani interlocutors to demonstrate reliable and stable commitment to the negotiations,” he said.
