Candidate Türkiye maintains its determination to be a member of the EU, the Turkish MFA wrote on X, SİA informs.
“Congratulations on 9 May - Europe Day,” the MFA said.
At the European Council in Milan in 1985, the Heads of State and Government decided to establish 9 May as “Europe Day”. It has been commemorated annually since 1986.
