Astana welcomes the desire of Yerevan and Baku to conclude a peace treaty and is ready to provide a platform for negotiations, taking upon itself a mission of goodwill, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at a joint briefing with the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan, SİA informs via Armenian media.
“Our main goal is to bring our friends (Armenia and Azerbaijan) closer together, to open roads for peace and sustainable stability in the region,” Tokayev said.
