Due to strong winds on April 4, several fires broke out in the Yevlax district, SIA reports citing AZERTAC.
The fires occurred in various areas: 70 square meters in the village of Balchili, 200 square meters in the village of Salamabad, 200 square meters in the town of Aran, and 700 square meters in the village of Cirdaxan, affecting pastures and reed beds. In the fire that occurred in the village of Cirdaxan, three electric poles also caught fire and were destroyed.
The firefighting brigades of the State Fire Protection Service were mobilized to the areas where the fires occurred.
