United States National Security Council (NSC) Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby stated during a press briefing on Friday that there was currently no evidence to suggest Ukrainian involvement in the attack on a concert hall in Moscow, SİA reports citing BBN.
"There is no indication at this time that Ukrainians were involved in the shooting in Moscow," Kirby told reporters. "We do not encourage or enable Ukraine to strike inside Russia," he added.
