Highlighting the pivotal role of the security corridor initiated along the southern borders, Erdogan emphasized, "We are effectively halting the spread of surrounding threats to our country." The head of state underscored Turkiye's strategic measures to erect barriers between its borders and terrorist organizations, strategically employed as instruments to ignite potential crises. This strategic approach involves distancing Turkiye from both imperialist influences and their associated proxies.
Erdogan pointed out a noteworthy shift in dynamics, noting that those who previously supplied a diverse range of defense industry products to Turkiye—ranging from planes and tanks to helicopters and radar—are now seeking Turkish products. He drew attention to the historical perception of Turkiye as a market, its people as a source of cheap labor, and its lands as suppliers of inexpensive raw materials. Erdogan stressed that this narrative has now transformed, asserting that safeguarding stability, unity, harmony, and brotherhood will enable Turkiye to capitalize on its opportunities and achieve even greater success.
