Hezbollah launches multiple attacks on Israeli military positions in Southern Lebanon

Hezbollah has announced carrying out 11 attacks on Israeli military positions and residential areas in the border region of Israel from the south of Lebanon, SIA reports with reference to foreign media.

In response to Israel's attack on the town of Hula in southern Lebanon, which resulted in the deaths of three civilians, Hezbollah launched Katyusha rockets at Kiryat Shmona and Kfar Blum residential areas in Israel, as well as targeted positions in Bağdadi, Birket Rişe, the headquarters of the 769th East Brigade in Kiryat Shmona, and the Ruveysat al-Alem positions on Mount Kefr Shuba with rockets and appropriate weapons.

The statement also highlighted that two Merkava tanks stationed at Israeli military positions on the border were targeted. The Israeli army's radio reported that 30 rockets were fired from Lebanon towards Kiryat Shmona, with 10 rockets being intercepted by the air defense system.

Since October 8th, clashes between the Israeli army and Hezbollah have resulted in the deaths of 232 Hezbollah members, 48 Lebanese civilians, 11 members of the Amal Movement, 12 Hamas members, 12 Islamic Jihad members, 6 Israeli citizens, and 11 soldiers.
