The French Embassy in Azerbaijan expressed condolences to the Azerbaijani people on the anniversary of the tragic events in Khojaly, according to SİA.
"Today we share the grief of the entire Azerbaijani people, who honor the memory of the victims of Khojaly," the embassy said on the social network X.
The diplomatic mission noted that "it is necessary to work to establish peace in the region so that such atrocities do not happen again."
