Iran, Armenia sign partnership agreement to boost economic ties

On Thursday, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia signed a cooperation agreement in 19 sectors within the framework of the 18th Joint Economic Commission.

The concluding ceremony of the 18th Joint Economic Commission on economic cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia took place earlier today (February 15, Friday) in Tehran, SIA reports with reference to Iran's official news agency IRNA .

The ceremony was attended by David Menzur, the head of Iran's Program and Budget Organization, and Mehr Grigoryan, the deputy prime minister of Armenia.

During the ceremony, representatives from both countries signed the document of the 18th Joint Economic Commission covering 21 articles and focusing on cooperation in 19 sectors.
