Global Leaders Convene as 2024 World Governments Summit kicks off in Dubai

The 2024 World Governments Summit, featuring the guests of honor including Türkiye, is set to commence in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) on February 12, SIA reports with reference to Turkish media.

Scheduled from February 12 to 14, the 11th summit will delve into future opportunities and challenges facing the world under the theme of "Shaping the Governments of Tomorrow." More than 25 state and government leaders, numerous ministers, government officials, and experts in various fields are expected to participate in the summit, with Türkiye, Qatar, and India serving as honorary guests.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is anticipated to address the summit on February 13 under the theme "Continuity and New Global Transformations."

Distinguished guests are selected to strengthen partnerships with countries possessing successful experiences in strategic sectors that contribute to society.

The summit will also cover topics such as "Enhancing Growth and Development Processes for Effective Governments," "Artificial Intelligence and Future Frontiers," "New Perspectives for Development and Future Economies," "The Future of Education and Expectations of Future Societies," "Continuity and New Global Transformations," and "Urbanization and Global Health Priorities."

During the event, guest countries will share their successful and pioneering development experiences, discussing global trends and changes, including ways to enhance collaboration at regional and international levels.
