Former US President Donald Trump is concerned about the growing popularity of Nikki Haley, the Republican presidential candidate.
Her ratings are reportedly rising in the party's primary polls.
Moreover, Trump and Haley have different positions on the issue of migrants in the United States, SIA reports with reference to Wall Street Journal.
Trump is reportedly attacking Ms Haley for claiming that migrants who come to the US illegally are seeking a better life. Trump is targeting the former governor, whose ratings are rising in GOP primary polls.
The paper cited a recent CNN poll that said Haley was "surprisingly close" to Trump in New Hampshire, 32 percent to 39 percent. In addition, the former US president posted a poster in New Hampshire saying that Haley is "against Trump's border wall" and that his "weakness puts us in grave danger."
Before that, Nikki Haley said that she intends to defeat former US President Donald Trump "alone" in the election, but she did not rule out joining forces with another Republican candidate, Ron DeSantis.
