Turkish Navy kicks off 'Denizkurdu-1 2024' naval drill

The Turkish Navy has started the largest-ever iteration of naval drill 'Denizkurdu-1 2024', SIA reports with reference to Turkish media.

According to Turkish sources, the exercise is being carried out simultaneously in Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean and Black seas with the participation of 102 ships.

17,000 personnel participate in the training.

The exercise will continue until January 16, where the capabilities of the sea, land and air forces will be tested.
