FM: Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities are developing successfully even today
Azerbaijan has faced during the first years of it has regained independence, its foreign policy mechanisms were limited, didn’t have network of diplomatic missions, said Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan as he delivered speech during diplomacy week that’s being held jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ADA, with the aim of increasing the awareness of students studying in the fields of international relations and diplomacy, APA reports.
“Despite that, you can understand by looking at Heydar Aliyev’s speeches about absolute liberation of Azerbaijani lands, that he had certainty on the restoration of historical justice and the principles of international law,” the Minister added.
Minister noted that, development of Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities continues successfully even today: “In current period, the most important priority is the development and restoration of lands liberated from occupation. We witness the dynamics of development every time we visit those lands.
I believe that, those areas will become one of the most beautiful and developed places of not only Azerbaijan, but also broad geography.”
