"We remain firmly convinced that there is a historic opportunity for Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish good neighborly relations and coexist peacefully side by side as two sovereign states and we hope that this window of opportunity will not be missed by Armenian side," said Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov in the 42nd session of the General Conference of UNESCO, SİA reports.
