The Pakistani President on Thursday strongly condemned Israel’s violence and illegal actions against Palestinians, and assured his country's full support for the Palestinian cause.
"My brother, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, displayed a courageous stance on the Gaza issue. I believe that the Islamic world will also demonstrate a courageous stance on this matter."
Arif Alvi said in his statement to the press, SIA refers to Turkish media.
The Pakistani President also conveyed congratulations from the Pakistani people and government to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Türkiye.
Highlighting that the Republic was founded on October 29, 1923, under the charismatic leadership of Türkiye's Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, he noted the historical relations between Pakistan and Türkiye.
Alvi emphasized that Türkiye has shown great leadership in the face of the brutality in Gaza.
"My brother Erdogan displayed a courageous stance on the Gaza issue. I believe that the Islamic world will also demonstrate a courageous stance on this matter," said the President of Pakistan.
