Russian President Vladimir Putin did not respond to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s phone call, SİA reports citing Hraparak newspaper.
“According to the sources in the government, Pashinyan made a phone call, but Kremlin did not answer him. Afterwards he sent an extensive letter to Vladimir Vladimirovich and Putin voiced it at Vladivostok conference.
