Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković as a part of his official visit to Croatia, the Azerbaijani Ministry told SİA.
During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on Azerbaijan-Croatia cooperation relations and regional issues.
Satisfaction with the strategic partnership and friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Croatia was expressed, and the importance of continuing bilateral political dialogue and mutual high-level visits was emphasized.
At the meeting, the other side was also informed about the post-conflict realities in the region and the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process. In this regard, despite the peace agenda put forward by the Azerbaijani side and the relevant constructive proposals, the contradictory and provocative positions and activities demonstrated by Armenia were discussed.
