The European Union will ramp up military support to Ukraine in response to Russia's decision on vessels in the Black Sea, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said.
SİA informs via TASS that Borrell promised to increase dramatically the resources of the European Peace Facility (EPF) to ramp up arms supplies to Kyiv.
