Vladimir Putin: Moscow and Minsk facing serious external threats

"Moscow and Minsk are facing very serious external threats," Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his congratulatory letter on the Independence Day of Belarus, SİA informs.

According to him, both Russia and Belarus will further develop cooperation with common challenges.
