The Georgian Parliament has ratified the agreement "On Defense Cooperation between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan," the press service of the legislative body said, SİA reports.
"The fields of cooperation defined by the agreement are: military education, trainings, defense and security policy, cooperation within the NATO Partnership for Peace program, military legislation, military topography, military medicine, defense cyber security, social, sports and cultural events," - it is said in the explanation of the contract.
The document envisages cooperation between the sides in formats such as official visits and working meetings, bilateral negotiations, consultations and exchange of experience, exchange of information of common interest, participation in conferences and seminars.
