Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu met with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid in Austria's capital Vienna, Turkish minister said on his Twitter page, SIA reports.
According to the publication, the situation in Ukraine and the South Caucasus was discussed during the meeting.
