18 candidates approved to contest Turkiye's presidential election

18 candidates have applied to the Central Election Commission (Supreme Election Board) in Turkiye to nominate candidates for the presidential elections, SIA refers to foreign media

The names of the candidates whose applications have been accepted will be announced today at 20:00 local time.

The presidential and deputy elections in Turkiye will be held on May 14.
