The international community must condemn the Khojaly genocide, member of the Croatian-Azerbaijani Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, MP Veljko Kajtazi said, Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Croatia told SİA.
He was speaking at a conference organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Zagreb on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
The conference was attended by officials of state institutions of the Republic of Croatia, members of the country’s parliament, heads of the diplomatic corps accredited in Zagreb, representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, heads of Croatian higher educational institutions, experts and representatives of think tanks working in the field of international humanitarian law, as well as Azerbaijanis living in Croatia.
