The "Wagner" PMC's Council of Commanders recognized the authorities of the USA, Canada and Great Britain as illegal and terrorists.
The Russian businessman and founder of a private military company Yevgeny Prigozhin said in a statement, SIA refers to Russian media.
According to him, the policy of the United States, Canada and Great Britain involves the use of terrorist organizations to oppress the civilian population.
"American and British policies are based on the creation and use of terrorist organizations and terrorist methods in the military, economic, biological, information, telecommunication, and humanitarian fields," Prigozhin said.
"In addition, the authorities of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom also use confessional terrorism, especially against Christians and Muslims," he added.
"That is why the Wagner PMC's Council of Commanders decided to recognize the authorities of the above-mentioned countries as illegal and terrorist."
