Turkish security forces “neutralized” three PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Syria, the National Defense Ministry said on Tuesday, SIA refers to Turkish media.
The terrorists were targeted in the Operation Peace Spring zone, the ministry said in a statement.
PKK/YPG terrorists hide out in northern Syria, near the Turkish border, where they plan and carry out attacks on both locals and nearby settlements in Türkiye.
"Our heroic soldiers neutralized 3 PKK/YPG terrorists who were preparing to attack the Peace Spring anti-terror operation zone in the north of Syria," the statement read.
